Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-17
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Solvir ("the Service"), operated by Chen Xuanzhao, a sole proprietor based in Shenzhen, Guangdong, People's Republic of China ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using any tool within the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
Solvir is a portfolio of software-as-a-service diagnostic tools for online stores. Our current tool, Pixel Audit, scans publicly accessible e-commerce storefronts and reports on the installation status, configuration, and event firing of marketing tracking pixels (including but not limited to Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, TikTok Pixel). The Service is provided on a credit-based usage model and via subscription plans. We may add, change, or remove tools and features at our discretion.
2. Account
You must register an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable use
You may only submit URLs that you own or have explicit authorization to audit. You may not use the Service to scan storefronts you do not have permission to test, to disrupt or attempt to disrupt third-party services, to scrape personal data, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
4. Payments and billing
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record (MoR) for the Service. Paddle is responsible for handling your payment, collecting applicable taxes, issuing invoices, and managing chargebacks. By purchasing a subscription or credit pack, you accept Paddle's terms and conditions in addition to these Terms. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. Credits are consumed on use and do not expire while your subscription is active.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from your account or by emailing support. A full refund will be issued if the cancellation request is received within seven (7) days of the original subscription purchase. Credit packs are non-refundable once any portion of the purchased credits has been redeemed. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
6. Intellectual property
We own all rights in and to the Service, including the software, the diagnostic rule engine, the report format, and the Solvir brand and product names. You retain ownership of the URLs and the storefronts you submit. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service during your active subscription or credit balance.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Diagnostic results are best-effort findings, not guarantees. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that detected issues represent every possible misconfiguration on your storefront.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, or damages arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you would expose us to legal risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute resolution) will survive.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or via a notice in the Service at least seven (7) days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by good-faith negotiation; failing that, by binding arbitration in Shenzhen, in English and Chinese.
